I have at least 12+ years experience in the field of Plumbing / bathroom renovations / central heating / Tiling!

Jo-el M responded to my advert within a few hours. He carried out a prompt inspection, provided a clear quote, and even offered to drive to Screwfix to pick up some missing materials. He thoroughly resolved all the issues and was a pleasure to deal with—friendly, professional, and helpful throughout.

I found Jo-el to be polite and well trained. However there was some confusion over the price. When first speaking to Jo-el I was told the price would be £50 plus parts for a cash payment. I chose to pay by card which meant the price would be £90 plus parts. However when the work was finished VAT was charged which meant the final price rose to £126. A little more clarity over the charge in the first place would have been helpful.
