He turned up as arranged and was very good at his assessment of the job. He carried out the work efficiently in replacing the immersion heater which was in a very awkward location. Hot water available again at a very reasonable cost. I would definately recommend him for others.

Would highly recommend. Serviced my boiler, disconnected two old gas fires and sorted out a small gas leak caused by a loose fixture. Very polite and professional. Value for money!

Francis is an excellent worker as well as being friendly and polite. Working in an awkward space, he completed the fitting of a water bang arrestor quickly without any grumbles (or swearing!). So clean and tidy and great vfm. I will be recommending him to friends as well as keeping him in mind for future tasks around the house. Well done, Francis.
