Flo has been simply amazing from start to finish. I found him when I was in desperate need of an emergency plumber for my home as it was flooded due to a botched job from another tradesman. Flo contacted me immediately I put the request out and came over within the hour. He was very professional and took the time to explain the job, his charges etc. for transparency. He was very patient and investigated the leakage and offered advice on how to fix it and even helped me to rip out the soaked carpets in my living room. As it was a big job that couldn't be completed that same day, we scheduled for him to come vack later. He returned later as agreed to complete the very challenging job. Again, he arrived on time and finally fixed the leakage. He's a life saver and I was so pleased with his service. I've had him over again to fix a problem with my radiator, replace some broken taps and complete some other odd jobs around the house. I'm so glad I found Flo when I did as I'd had bad experiences with other tradesmen. I will definitely use him again for future jobs. Thanks Flo! 🙂

Premium Flo team came to do a site visit and helped me to define the scope of work, design the layout and identify fittings and fixtures. They provided a reasonable and detailed quote for the work and fot the items I had chosen. The work was completed very professionally and to a high standard. They were very communicative throughout and tried to keep the disruption caused by the work to a minimum. I was very happy with their approach and with the final outcome. Highly recommend to anyones.
