I contracted Matt to repair the leakage of the balcony. He did a complete refurbishment including waterproof the floor, tiling annd new plaster for the ceiling underneath. He finished the job at the end of August. In one month time the ceiling underneath the balcony had cracks. I contacted him and asked him to sorted it out. No reply. Now the weather gets wet, the small cracks have become big cracks. The edges of the balcony leaks. I contacted him several times and I still not heard from him. I would not recommend him to anyone.
