We provide a full building service to our clients, working with architects, structural engineers, surveyors and trade Specialists with whom we have formed strong alliances over the years.

We have experience and technical expertise to carry out interior and exterior residential/commercial refurbishments, plumbing and heating, kitchen and bathroom fitting, electrical and lighting installations, plastering and decorating, roofing, carpentry and joinery, and tiling, paving and floor installations.

We go the extra mile for our clients by offering guidance about altering the layout and/or usage of rooms for example, creating an additional bathroom, open plan living area or building a kitchen extension. We can also offer advice and suggestions about interior design, from the overall look and feel of your home, to its individual fixtures and fittings.

Client satisfaction, quality workmanship and safety are of the upmost importance to us. We ensure that all projects we carry out receive the care and attention they deserve. This attentiveness is the result of the directors of the company being tradesmen themselves, with decades of experience in the building industry, who take a hands on approach to all our projects from the smallest to the largest.

All our plumbers and central heating installers are Gas Safety Registered and all electricians are NICEIC registered or equivalent. We have also achieved accreditation to the Safe Contractor scheme having demonstrated our compliance with, and management of, current health and safety legislation. After getting 3 quotes to have our loft converted, we decided to go with D&K Custom Build. They weren’t the cheapest, but after the initial meeting with Damien, who listened to our requirements, we felt confident they would do a good job. Roll on a few months and we now have an amazing loft conversion that we are very happy with. D&K took care of everything, and we were kept informed at every stage of the build. Any queries or questions were always answered promptly. The team that worked on our loft were all very friendly and hard working. We would highly recommend D&K Custom Build to anyone considering a loft conversion.

We were recommended by a family friend to speak with Damien about the work we were interested in having, from our initial meeting with Damien to receiving the quote we knew we felt comfortable to go with DK Custom Build. We have previously had a bad experience with builders in the past so we were very sceptical, Damien and his guys always kept us in the loop. Our works involved a full refurb, the final results are more than we could have expected, and will forever recommend to all.

DK Custom Build initially co.e over to discuss the Kitchen extension work that we wanted to get done. DK helped with the Drawings and planning process. Once granted through planning. The DK team come in and built the structure fairly quickly. Damien helped with the kitchen design and all the works where done via DK Custom Build.

Well-organised and effective team, got to work quickly and efficiently. Damien coordinated the project well, getting plans sorted early and adapting to any changes needed. First phase of work was contained to the loft so minimised mess and disturbance. Additional work was carried out by team with no fuss. We were really pleased with the final result which included a large bedroom with dormer extension and en suite, and staircase to access it.
