All fine and got the job done but as usual with all trade people some thing get done their way and you just have to accept it. Labour cost is like a "leaf from the tree". Material cost is all guess work. Trust Plumber were not too bad. The team are friendly and do listen to you.

Plumbers you absolutely CANNOT trust. Josh Henry is totally dishonest. Quoted me an hourly rate & said he would come and do the work which might take 2-3 hours but left after just 15 mins (I was not in the house at the time) taking £80 from my partner who is at home on maternity leave (just to give you an idea of what sort of person he is). The con is they don’t mention the “required investigation” and that no work can possibly take place within the same hour as an investigation. Deliberate time wasting to add on hours. He then had the nerve to tell me that I didn’t understand hourly rates. I pay for an hour you work for an hour mate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
