We hired them for the job which expanded dramatically. I will adjust this rating based on the final outcome as we are currently not sure which direction this is heading.

They pulled up in their van yesterday while I was talking to a neighbour, and said they were likely to want access down a side alley, but wouldn't say which house they would be delivering to. They refused to talk to my neighbour whose house is down the alley too. It may be relevant that his skin is black and mine is white. Avoid them.
