OTM did a full bathroom refurbishment. Lotfi was able to arrange the work surprisingly quickly and the work was carried out efficiently and well. Lotfi was very easy to deal with, accommodated my needs and requests, and kept me informed as the job went on.

We recently completed a full refurbishment with OTM Home Refurbishment, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We are first time homeowners and knew nothing home renovations. Lotfi and his team helped us thtough a big project renovating our entire flat, including full bathroom reset, knocking down an internal wall, changing floors, doors and radiators and lots of other little things. Lots of attention to detail, and suggested some really good ideas which we took on board. The fees outlined at the outset are what we ended up paying. Communication was very good overall with regular updates. Highly recommended.
