Initially when I agreed to take on Vas as my builder he was very friendly The money was meant to be paid all on completion of the new kitchen install The job started on 28th October 2019 and was meant to be for 2 or 3 weeks maximum Nothing was put in writing by Vas to myself It’s now Tuesday 10th December 2019 and the works are still not completed Vas messed Up my new kitchen door by Siliconing it to my dishwasher knowing it was an integrated door And should have used the proper metal clips & screws, I asked him multiple times to correct it but despite this he has just screwed the door back onto dishwasher without Removing his sealant, it’s unbelievable As Vas has told me he likes doing things his way and does not like His customers asking questions Or specifically pointing out what They want After kitchen was tiled as another example I mentioned multiple times that I want a sealant around my whole kitchen, if there is a leak I Would know straightaway, Vas replied why I want a sealant ? Even though I had explained why This also he has not done completely Vas needs to listen and today he walked off the job when I mentioned I want The dishwasher door sealant taken off It’s 43 days since my kitchen install started and half the time his been completing other jobs ( & half the time his son was unwell which I happily gave Vas the time off) He was as an example supposed to turn up yesterday (Monday) and despite my text messages at 8.45am & 10.52am he did not reply until 2.36pm another day lost due to Vas Doing work in his house instead of completing my kitchen. I have finally lost patience with Vas as he does not listen and ignores his customers and turns up when he feels like it !!
