Expert Boiler Installations don’t get caught out this winter with 5–15 Year Warranties

We recently had KAS Energy replace our old central heating and hot water system with a new combi boiler, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Kim was very responsive and kept us well informed throughout the process. Sam, the owner of KAS, is a genuinely nice person who came to our property himself and carried out a detailed survey before providing a clear and fair quote. The installation was completed by John Walker, who did a fantastic job – professional, tidy, and very friendly. After the installation, I had a small issue adding the new boiler to the Hive app. Although this wasn’t KAS Energy’s responsibility, Sam went above and beyond by personally visiting and helping to sort it out, even contacting Hive customer service on my behalf. That level of care and commitment is rare to find these days. I’m extremely happy with the service from KAS Energy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused company.

Great service from start to finish. I could not be happier. Kim in the office was lovely and kept things moving throughout. She answered my questions quickly and efficiently which filled me with confidence. Sam came to present the options and make recommendations and was extremely knowledgeable- I trusted him instantly to the point that I didn’t feel any need to chat to other suppliers. Johnny the engineer was superb and was super cheerful throughout. Fabulous service from start to finish, cheaper than other quotes I had but still gave an A1 service. Alex who installed our system was professional and friendly giving excellent insight into what was being completed and updated me regularly. Cleaned everything down afterwards leaving the space clean and the installation looking A1

Sam was nice. Explained everything on details & gave the best quote available in the market. KAS also match & give 100 quid discount if you get any cheaper quote from others. Kim was nice. Keeps you updating and answers your question even if it's out of office time. And finally Alex was nice who installed the boiler quickly and on high standard. Overall I am happy with KAS and would recommend.
