🔹 Suggested UFH Use (Calculation Example)
Each XPS foil-backed board measures 1200mm × 600mm (0.72m²) and has 4 pipe grooves at 150mm centres.
That means each board uses:
1200mm × 4 grooves = 4800mm (4.8m) of pipe per board
So:
Pipe length ÷ 4.8m = Number of boards
Boards × 0.72m² = Coverage area
---
🔹 Offcut Breakdown (rounded down)
30m → 6 boards → 4.32m²
27m → 5 boards → 3.60m²
20m → 4 boards → 2.88m²
32m → 6 boards → 4.32m²
33m → 6 boards → 4.32m²
41m → 8 boards → 5.76m²
9m → 1 board → 0.72m²
27m → 5 boards → 3.60m²
28m → 5 boards → 3.60m²
27m → 5 boards → 3.60m²
---
🔹 Totals
51 boards
≈36.7m² coverage
