Heat only boiler for use with houses with a hot water tank… as stated new in box but ended up going down the Combi route…. along with this, a lot of extras, 1 of each, 3m 15mm and 3m 22mm copper pipe, overflow pipe, bags of 22mm straight and elbow couplings, 22/15mm reducer, drain off cock, bags of 15mm copper equal T coupling, elbows, straight couplings, Greenstar system filter, Programmable timer, Wireless roomstat, Horizontal flue terminal. System cleaner and Inhibitor. Total value around £1200, but willing to let go for less than half of original price, can arrange a free delivery within a radius of 30 miles
