Description
This is a boiler that is fully working - it is less than a year old as we had a leak in our property (not the boiler) but in fixing the leak the warranty on the boiler was voided.
We replaced the boiler to keep the 5 year warranty. We replaced the main heat exchanger in March as the leak repair had flushed some debris through the old heat exchanger.
So other than that, it’s in great condition, it is boxed and has various new fittings that weren’t needed from the new boiler install.
Great for use or even for spares if needed as parts alone will be worth a lot - we just don’t have space to keep this too.
