Dutch door, 2 large bay windows, peaked roof with skylight, fold down table, welcome mat and handrail.
Please note that the skylight had a branch fall on it during a storm. It had a crack which I’ve glued and have waterproofed.
Detailed interior has a full kitchen with sink,clock, sleeves, range,storage cabinet and electronic play phone.
Please note that the stickers have worn. Exact New stickers can be purchased from Etsy. The phone was working but battery compartment has seized and didn’t want to force it open in case it breaks the play phone. Doorbell to front no longer rings. Made in USA. Spare parts can be purchased from step 2. Adult assembly required.
This house costs £700 new and can now only be purchased in USA. It’s extremely durable and both of my children have enjoyed years of fun. There’s plenty of years play still left to be had.
