Smoby Playhouse

Never been outside - only ever been indoors in the attic.

I still have the assembly instructions but you will barely need it as assembly is super easy (took me less than 5mins to disassemble)

I had already removed the kitchen/bbq attachment hence why it isn't in the pics but just realised I can't find the screws to attach it to the playhouse. This is a minor inconvenience as theyr only common 4.5mm screws (see listing for pics of screws) ) but this prompted me to update the description and relist.


There are one or two feltip/crayon marks and stickers around it but Playhouse is in excellent condition and there are no signs of deterioration because of it being indoors

Collection only from Derby DE24 8UR. Very close to Derby County stadium and close to A50, A52 exits
