PP Builders and Son contacted me and arranged to come out and price the job I had listed. I took a day off work to facilitate this and no one appeared at the date and time given and no one from the company contacted me to let me know or rearrange or apologise. Safe to say they are unreliable and offer a poor customer service.

Awesome job very professional flat looks amazing with everything all set up like a set when Bill said "your walls will be smooth like velvet" I though sounds like a good fantasy but nope he done a brilliant job I'm still standing admiring it all, over a week later. Friendly, punctual, clean tidy respectful of property 👍

Very courteous and professional to deal with. We had them submit a quote for the work covered by an insurance claim following Water damage. There was a fairly large gap in loss adjustors cost and their quote. We asked for some clarity to identify the gap in cost but never received an answer and had to move on. Its a shame as we really did think highly of the service until then.
