Description
For sale I have this potted Silver Birch sapling that is now about 1m tall.
Now is the time to get trees in the ground so they are ready for full growth!
Silver Birch is a wonderful tree for dappled shadow cover in the garden, or along edges of your boundary, paths or driveways.
It is of course famous for its silvery paper-like bark.
Dense lush green leaves in summer that the birds love, give way to wonderful golden and yellow leaves in the autumn.
It can also be very nice as a hedge, which allows light through in the winter when the leaves have dropped away.
Be aware that these very tiny saplings can grow into very large trees over time. I'd expect them to reach 4m high in about six years.
