Description
For sale are my Echium plants. I have several for sale.
£8 each or x3 for £20.
These will grow to beautiful large plants with thousands of tiny bee loving blue flowers. They will add an interesting architectural and tropical design to any garden if you have the space. These are popular in the South Coast of the country.
Depending on your home location, they will flower next year from the end of spring and will grow very fast from now til then. You must pot up into a very large pot asap or the ground where they will grow.
They are currently between 15 and 20 ish inches tall.
These grow very big (see photos).
They are best planted in the ground, however will tolerate a very large pot.
They put a long tap root into the ground to help anchor themselves in and protect from the wind.
They can grow anywhere between 8 (in a pot) to 15 foot tall (in the ground).
They prefer free draining soil and are drought tolerant once established.
Generally they don't need much in the way of good soil or feed, however hate sitting in water logged soil.
