Here I introduce my beloved Mercedes E class 220 CDI, it is a sit and drive example, and everything works as it should. The car was maintained regardless of cost and any issue was sorted straight away. The gearbox works smoothly as well as the engine, the engine oil has been changed at 125,456 k miles last time and gearbox oil has been changed at 114,127k miles which leaves plenty of room before the oils needs changing again. The oil cooling system has been done which is a common issue with the following engine and usually costs a considerable amount to fix, so there is a peace of mind for the following owner that this will not cause any problems in the future. Recent work has also included the chain tensioner as this was making a small rattling sound when starting on cold. The car comes with rich service history and the invoices as shown on photos. The car is a joy to drive, a very smooth drive and is economic for its size and returns 54 mpg on average. To add an even more refined look to the car, I have installed a Mercedes hood badge and people surprisingly mistake it for an S class. The car also has an ‘’S’’ mode, and when engaged, the car becomes more responsive and pulls well and healthy.The reason to sell the car is that I will be moving to a countryside and need a bigger and higher car, preferably an suv. The car’s mileage can slightly increase as I still use it to get me to hospital where I work work and back.
