The chair is a multifunctional Pilates machine that can be adjusted to train most muscle groups. Good for upper and lower body strength, whilst enhancing stability and stamina. Comes with adjustable handles, 2 light/2heavy springs with hook attachments for 3 training levels. 1 lady user, reason for selling downsizing home. Very good condition.
