C Bechstein model 9 rare c1929 upright piano for sale *free after sale tuning*

Description

Fantastic interwar Bechstein. Model 9. In very good clean condition inside. Plays with a lovely round tone. Fairly mellow. Most Bechsteins tend to be from the 1900-1910 era. This is a later one from about 1929 (serial number 134123). And much more rarer and desirable in my opinion. Natural tooth keys.

Piano has been tuned recently and is at concert pitch. Tuning pins are tight and in good working order. No cracks in the wrest plank as per pictures. Which the earlier 9's are known to suffer with.

I'm a sole trader so can offer a free after sales tuning with the piano if your based locally in London or in nearby southern Hertfordshire. I also know some good professional piano movers who can move this within that same region to ground floor for about £160-£180.

Viewings welcome in Finchley N2. Also have a handful of other pianos here for sale (a Yamaha M110 and a Knight K10 - also very nice!). Although pianos come and go here I've kept this Bechstein for a few years now as my own to play on as I quite like it. Unfortunately the 'legs' mean I can't get it into the lounge so its been stuck in the hallway since I moved here!
