Description
I’m reluctantly selling my classic 1968 Vespa Sprint 150 in silver, a timeless vintage scooter that’s both MOT and road tax exempt due to its historic status.
I purchased the Vespa in March 2021, but sadly it has only seen very occasional use since then. It’s a beautiful example that deserves to be ridden and enjoyed more frequently than I’ve been able to manage.
The attached photographs illustrate the scooter which is in original format with twin saddles.
Recent work since I purchased the scooter in 2021 include :
New tyres and inner tubes
New grips
New tail light unit
Re-fitted floor runners
Replacement control cables
Replacement Carburetter
This Sprint 150 would make a perfect addition for any collector or enthusiast looking for a stylish, rideable classic.
A test ride is possible, but a current UK driving licence or passport must be presented and held as security during the ride.
Payment is preferred via Paypal, bank transfer or cash in person.
The attached photographs illustrate the condition of the scooter which is very good for it's age - there are some scratches and blemishes which are also detailed in the photographs but it is a beautiful looking machine.
The scooter was last serviced in June 2025 when the carburetter was also changed. The scooter starts and runs well, and looks beautiful.
