Once Mark understood my project he seemed to embrace it and in many instances was way ahead of me, in what needed to be done. I was asked to produce artwork templates and wav audio files, I rang Mark to ask him, and he had them already done, ready to go. Lovely calm man who got me safely through my panic and anxieties . Mark Thornton responded promptly to my Request and was very helpful as we discussed my requirements over the phone, providing additional information so that I had a clearer understanding of the service provision and the associated verbal quotation for the task. On the agreed day, Mark & his "spotter" arrived on time and quickly grasped the essence of the job. The work was completed within the quoted hour and comprehensive imaging sent via WeTransfer link the same day.
