Robert arrived well on time to photograph my sons engagement. He was well organised, there were lots of people at the event and he was able to take good quality photos of everyone and he captured the cermoney really well. Beautiful photos really pleased with them.

Sadly, it was absolutely disappointing to hire Mark as my wedding videographer! I’ll start with the good points that I ought to give him fairly! He did a good job with some of the wedding pictures, especially the bridal photoshoot! However, for the rest of the pictures he didn’t use his lighting, and they seemed quite basic. My wedding was on the 05/11/2023, I received the album and videos in the last week of April 2024.. very late! He initially agreed a waiting time of 6 weeks for the pictures and 8 weeks for the wedding video, but he kept delaying, and everytime I messaged him he would tell me that he hasn’t even started it yet, and he wasn’t happy with me politely and nicely asking for updates even after 12 weeks of waiting! He finally started editing my video, but heartbreakingly he did a very poor job! I literally had tears of disappointment while watching my most precious day sadly not captured and edited well! He didn’t even record the cake cutting in the video, nor the main families taking pictures with groom and bride on stage! At the start of the hire he proposed the price, but in one of the messages he said that due to the price being low, I shouldn’t expect too much from him.. absolutely horrible! He charged extra for staying half an hour later than the set time, and took everyone’s pictures with a mood on! He charged extra for the album, he charged extra for putting the blank unedited video in a usb! My husband paid extra for no reason, and the results was not worthy at all! He wasn’t nice to my husband either when he calmly tried to sort the mess out! We asked him to send the unedited versions of the clips instead, that’s how bad the video was, which he charged £50 extra for on top of the whole charge! He kept the video highlights on his page which he put more efforts in to show that he does a good job, but he didn’t put any efforts in my whole event video! When I tried to ask him to do few edits to make it better, he became very defensive and didn’t do any of those edits! When I asked him whether he started editing my video after 10 weeks of my wedding, he said he does one video at a time so he is busy with another one. But when he did mine, he did 3-4 together at a time and told me he can’t edit anymore as he is moved to next one.. quite contradicting! I really wished he did a better job with my video, I had so many hopes with it and was looking forward to it, but after almost 6 months of waiting, the results were very disappointing! Would not recommend him!
