Ly was so friendly and helpful from the beginning. She was able to assist at the last minute with my bunny when I needed someone urgently. She did a very good and tidy job and sent lots of pics so I felt very reassured. My bunny seemed very relaxed around her also which I was very happy to see.

We couldn’t be happier with the care Su and her team provided for our puppy, Winston. From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional, always punctual, and so kind and gentle with him. It’s clear they truly love animals and take their responsibility seriously. They not only kept our home spotless during their visits but also made sure Winston had plenty of walks and playtime. They followed all our instructions perfectly and kept to his routine, which really helped him stay relaxed and happy while we were away. One of the things we appreciated most was the regular updates — photos, videos, and little notes that showed just how much attention and love Winston was getting. It gave us so much peace of mind. Winston absolutely adores Su and her team. Every time they come over, he gets so excited! It's such a relief to know he’s in such good hands.
