Maxine is fantastic at her job! She has helped us so much and we do everything she teaches us everyday and our lab pup has got so much better in and outside of the house. She has helped us to understand our pup so much more and it has helped massively. Not only is Maxine brilliant at her job she is such a lovely lady in general! We will really miss having her around & have really enjoyed learning new stuff through her to help with our pup :-) highly recommend.

Dog Tails was professional and understanding throughout the training of Jax. After making Max aware Jax was a rescue dog, she adapted training methods accordingly and made us aware of how to deal with certain issues and behaviours. Jax is a much more focused dog since training with Max. Recommend Dog Tails to anyone in a similar situation.

Working with Max has been the best thing we have done since having our dog! She has been amazing! Max is a kind, intelligent and friendly person who made training calm and enjoyable. We really struggled and began to not enjoy taking our dog for a walk because of the strength of his pulling, but with the help of Max we are now more confident and actually enjoy taking our dog for walks; even taking him to new places! We couldn’t and wouldn’t have got to this point if it wasn’t for the amazing work Max has done with us. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Working with Max has been amazing, our dog Cookie has improved so much. As a first time dog owner we were at our wits end but Max really gave us great ideas and advice. I thought it was my fault that we were having a hard time but she put me at ease. Now I have a much better behaved dog and I am a much more confident owner. The skills Max has taught us we will continue to use and I know Cookie will keep learning. Thanks Max x

When I first booked Dog Tails I was almost at my wits end as a first time dog mom, I didn't have a clue what I was doing and Maxine was amazing. She reassured us in every way possible from the very beginning, that things were how they're supposed to be. Training was 100% amazing. Answering any questions, queries or worries we had. Maxine was great at teaching us, making sure we were comfortable with everything that we had learnt, so we could continue this between lessons. My pup learnt immediately, new things at every training session. Maxine was loving, calm, friendly and incredible at training. Being given recommendations for products that we now couldn't live without as well as an email breakdown of our lessons with what we can practice, in messaging and video format was just the extra mile we never expected but most definitely needed. We would highly recommend to anybody. Thank you for absolutely everything you have done for us, not only as a family but for my lovable Labrador too, who absolutely adored you at every very fun and enjoyable session. ❤
