I spoke to Sarah before our new puppy arrived because I was feeling totally out of my depth . . . She was so helpful, giving really clear advice that was easy to follow from the very beginning. Having one person to listen to was so much more useful than watching endless youtube videos with lots of different ideas. And I really like her puppy-led philosophy, too. Having a follow-up training session was also brilliant - watching her in action gave me the confidence to behave in the same way and it was amazing to be able to ask all the questions I had in our house where most of the problems we were having take place. I highly recommend Sarah's new puppy service - it's absolutely money well spent!

I found a dog trainer (or rather, she found me) on Waggle. Haven’t gone to the puppy classes yet but she has good reviews! We’re very excited.

Sarah was great. She is very calm which for a first time dog owner was really helpful. She was very good at communicating with my rescue dog and had some wonderful techniques and games to help train her. I learned so much just from one session and she offers great support afterwards. Highly recommended!

I’m having a really positive experience with Sarah of Waggle London. Unlike many other dog/puppy training companies, she took the time with me both on the phone and in person and her prices are reasonable. She is polite, patient and pleasant to work with. I’m doing the Puppy package - her initial consultation via zoom was an important chemistry check for us both and allowed her her to assess my puppy Elsa, in my home environment before I signed up. Her follow up notes were tailored and very helpful with lots of suggestions for games and training. Our 121 coaching session was in my home environment and conducted safely and professionally, without me feeling rushed. We’re already making such progress. It’s only been a few days and I can’t believe Elsa is already coming to me when I call her name and sitting nicely for me! At 13 weeks and clear of her vaccinations, I’m now transitioning her from inside to outside, where there are many more distractions and challenges, but Sarah’s guidance is giving the confidence. The best thing is that the package includes 6 weeks where I can ask questions as we progress. Sarah always responds promptly and with clear instructions. I’ll be booking in for another 121 session to review where we’re at in a few weeks and hope to join the group puppy classes as and when COVID-19 regulations allow for this. Many thanks Sarah.
