I met Penny in the green Kalahari, South Africa. She was highly recommended by our Veterinarian. I've just rescued a deaf 8week old pitbull x and needed some assistance with my babygirl Shiloh. We've met Penny on a Saturday morning, and what a life changer .. for me and Shiloh. We did the puppy class and when she graduated we went over to obedience and agility classes. Penny went the extra mile to assist with Shiloh's agility training by doing some modifications on a vibrating collar for Shiloh to be able to participate. Thank you Penny for all your love and time that you've put into our furbaby. Today Shiloh is a happy almost 2year old special need baby with a beautiful personality, thanks to her.

Penny was unbelievable. I never thought our boy would learn so quickly. By the end of the session penny had Apollo walking next to her on a lead which we have never seen before. She also helped us with a few other problems. Couldn’t recommend her any more highly.

Penny was very helpful with max who is a reactive border collie. She was able to observe his behaviour and guide us with some exercises to do. I've been implementing the exercises for over a week and I've noticed an improvement in Max's behaviour.

Penny review Where to begin? Penny has changed our lives. We have a year old Doberman called Obie, she has been a handful and struggled with multiple anxieties. Not only has she completely changed into a relaxed, happy dog but Penny has helped give us the tools we need to take her even further into a level, happy and obedient dog, also. From the very first time I met Penny her calm, loving energy overtook me and I watched her quickly bond with Obie in a respectful but loving way and teach her solid, multiple “tricks” in mere moments in front of my eyes which are still some of her strongest obedience traits today. My goodness does this lady know her stuff! Beyond that Penny responded to me quickly and with understanding for the very difficult time I was going through personally. She made so much effort to help every time I asked whilst convincing me she wasn’t really making any effort so I didn’t stress and feel guilty for all I was asking of her. I received video after video (which I LOVE) of Penny training Obie beautifully and, more importantly, doing INCREDIBLE exposure work with her every time Penny looked after her. I was and still am blown away by Penny’s effort, knowledge, her confidence, her patience, love for animals, kindness toward people and adaptability. She is firm when she needs to be and extremely effective with all the lessons and care she provides. She is a trustworthy, wonderful teacher and human in many ways and if you are hesitant about working with Penny for even a second. Don’t be. I don’t mind saying I’m a hard paw parent to please and Penny has exceeded my expectations and more. And Obie is besotted with her. Obviously :)
