Very good condition. Made of strong, showerproof fabric with side mesh panels for breathing/ heat control. Padded base for comfort. Strap for securing pet in carrier. Adjustable, padded neck collar Top opens wide to put pet pet inside, zip fastened.
Comfortable shoulder straps, could be carried on back or front ( as in baby carriers) waist strap for extra security
