No water damage, Excellent condition walk in kennel and run, tongue in groove wood with solid floor and roof,
Predator proof mesh and protected opening windows with look out shelf.
Originally designed for bunnies but can be adapted for hens, cat, guinea pigs, birds or other small animals.
We have tarpoulon over the top just now to help maintain ot a little and the vinyl floor cover could do with being replaced. The cieling did have mould on it in the run side which is common for many setups having used covers over winter for it when we had the bunnies but was treated several years ago and is just staining now. Can easily be painted if buyer wished
Please note this is far superior to any small hutch i have seen forsale for £250 even £300 and much better then these tiny 9x4 foot kennels with no floor where they are sold for 400 even new. Yoi can fully stand up in this.
