Ben at BSM responded to my request for help within minutes of me posting it on a bank holiday weekend. Two days later, Mick visited my home to assess the situation. The following Saturday, Mick, Jordan and Jack worked hard to remove the rats, their nest, fumigated the attic, disposed of the soiled loft insulation, cleaned the kitchen of the mess they’d made and blocked all but one of the entry points. Since then, having confirmed the unwelcome visitors were gone from my house, their most likely point of entry was blocked and I’m relieved to say there is now no sign of any rodents here, even though they may still be in the area (according to neighbours). I cannot speak highly enough of Mick, Ben, Jordan and Jack for their excellent work, their professional and respectful approach and their in-depth knowledge of the problem and how to fix it. Not only that, I am hugely grateful for their advice, support and for answering all my questions on the phone and in person which greatly alleviated my anxiety. Thank you to all of you.
