Very quick response and out to me the same day, checked everywhere for signs of Rat ,put poison down ,being careful as I have a small Dog , Came back a week later ,cleaned up .Rat Gone... Brilliant...

Just Lip Service!!! Called out to control rat infestation. Came in and had a cursory look around. Didn't even bother to bring his tools and used my tools. Failed to open the manhole and investigate the sewer pipes. Asked me to hire a CCTV company to investigate sewer pipes! Laid some bait underneath the kitchen cupboards and charged me £200+ promising to visit again in a week. Came back in a week and offered some more lip service... Collected the bait he laid last week and disappeared! He offered absolutely NOTHING to solve our issue. Waste of money! It goes without saying cowboy traders like thee are the real pests.

rang woodrush pest control at about 11.35am to see if they could destroy a large wasp nest, roughly the size of 2 footballs. luckily they could come within a few hours, grant arrived at around 2pm and dealt with it within a few minutes of arrival. I highly recommend there services and nice people too
