Adnan responded to my request for help promptly. He travelled 45 minutes and treated the wasp nest at 7pm in the evening (same day). It is only the next morning but the wasps have gone and Adnan has promised to come back free of charge if there are any issues. I really couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you Adnan.

Very disappointing experience from this provider in relation to a bed bug situation in our flat. After consulting with Adnan regarding bed bugs, we had agreed to go ahead with the extermination, which he had completed the first time, however, with no effect. Following his first visit his work was very unprofessional and disrespectful to to our dreadful experience with bedbugs: 1. On several occasions we had agreed for an extermination date and time, and he wouldn't show up at all, and wouldn't answer calls (all of this after we would prepare the entire flat for an extermination and wait for him to arrive). 2. When asked for extermination reports, he would give excuses for over a month, and make false promises regarding when he would send the reports (we still haven't received them). 3. Complete violation of his promised 3 month guarantee, as our bed bug problem has not been solved, as he has disappeared and not responded to any texts or calls for months, after confirming he would come for another extermination. Overall, extremely disappointed to have this experience, as we are still struggling with bed bugs and have wasted our money and time because of this provider being completely unprofessional and ignorant of our situation of being bitten on a nightly basis.
