Using functional training methods and versatile equipment like kettlebells, resistance bands, suspension trainers, slam balls, and battle ropes, I’ll help you build full-body strength, improve conditioning, and increase mobility — all while reducing the risk of injury.

Sessions take place outdoors in the park or at your home, provided there’s enough space to train safely and effectively. No crowded gyms, no distractions — just focused, practical training designed around you.

Every session is tailored to your goals and ability level, whether you’re just getting started or want to push your performance further. This isn’t cookie-cutter fitness — it’s a clear, structured plan to help you move with purpose and confidence.

Nutrition is a key part of the process — and that’s where my background makes a difference. With 16 years of experience as a professional chef, I offer realistic, enjoyable nutrition guidance to complement your training. You’ll learn how to fuel your body with proper meals that support your goals — no fads, no starvation.

I have been a member of Eastside Outdoor Fitness since the beginning and 3 months ago I started my personal training program with Dan. Since starting the PT sessions my upper body strength has improved significantly and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend Dan as a PT, whatever your fitness goals are he can provide a training program that will help.

I am really glad to have discovered Eastside Outdoor Fitness park bootcamps. They've completely changed the way I feel about exercise and in only 4 months I can see a massive difference in my fitness. The sessions are varied, challenging and dynamic and that is thanks to Dan and the other ESOF instructors. Although they are group sessions, the instructors are always attentive and provide individual advice and tips. The sessions are hard but they are also fun. Dan is also an excellent personal trainer for 1:1 sessions, tailoring sessions to personal goals, and providing motivation and encouragement whilst ensuring they are sufficiently challenging. I would thoroughly recommend ESOF bootcamps and personal training.
