Description
Don't waste your time looking for a personal trainer if you:
1) don't really do any exercise - noone, no personal trainer, no religious leader or anyone else is going to change that. Tomorrow morning, when you get out of bed do 5 minutes of exercises. Do that 5 days a week for 3 months then we can help you.
2) You don't know what you want to achieve. Noone else is going to genuinely create your goals. To get you started choose one of these:
A) I want to increase my strength by 30%
B) I want to decrease my body weight until my waist is smaller than my hips.
C) I want reduce my knee, back or shoulder pain.
D) Improve PBs for swimming, cycling or running
Then ask for a personal trainer and someone will help you.k
