Tom challenged me to break down what I was looking to achieve, why it was important, and how realistically it could be done. Before joining, I had reservations about how much I could commit to this style of training. Despite the challenges, results came quickly, and Tom made an extra effort to check in with me regularly to ensure I wasn’t overextending myself. We initially trained three times a week, with an additional two home workout sessions. Tom is very passionate and knowledgeable about his craft, and this is evident in how flexible he is when training the same muscle group in different ways. He uses effective tools to track your progress and shows consistent care with regular online check-ins regarding targets and goals. Since training with Tom, I’ve been able to achieve many firsts and reach several goals. As someone who is predominantly desk-bound, it was essential for me to build good shoulder and back strength for posture and improve my core strength. He helped me develop the right techniques to successfully perform pull-ups. What I enjoy most about Tom’s sessions is how well he connected with me and helped me understand the program he designed for me. He was always open to discussions on nutrition and cleared up misconceptions I had about what I thought was right for me. I started training with Tom when I was around 6 months postpartum. I wanted to get back into training for both my physical and mental health, but I had lost my confidence in the gym. Tom helped me understand how to slowly reintroduce training and focus on building strength in areas that naturally become weaker during pregnancy and birth. Each session is enjoyable, and you can really tell how much time and effort he puts into planning them. Not only have I been able to fit back into my pre-pregnancy clothes, but I feel stronger and now have structure in my week. Tom is welcoming, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about his clients. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is an extraordinary coach who not only helps you see physical results but also completely changes your outlook on the importance of health and fitness. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Tom’s support!

I just want to start by saying I’ve been working with Tom for nearly 2 years… so this isn’t one of those reviews after just 2 weeks. Like most, I came to Tom because I wanted proper structure with my training. I was doing bits in my garage, but I knew I wasn’t getting the most out of it. I also wanted to sort my nutrition, lose a bit of fat, build some muscle, and tone up. More than anything, I needed someone to hold me accountable, I’m someone who works best with support, a bit of a push, and someone to bounce back and forth with. I didn’t think I’d still be doing this 2 years later. But the progress has been incredible, not just physically, but in my confidence. I now train at the gym on my own and with Tom, and I actually feel like I know what I’m doing. I train pretty hard now, I train smart, and I enjoy it more than I ever did. Tom’s an incredible coach and the biggest thing that stands out is the balance. His knowledge, support, and the genuine passion he brings to help you win is great. If you’re looking for someone to guide you, challenge you, and genuinely give a sh*t about your progress, Tom’s your guy!
