A superb personal trainer and coach, I can highly recommend Coach Q. He has paid attention to my starting point and built a programme which gets incrementally harder each week - just the right mix of pushing for performance and being sensitive to my limits. He's great at explaining what muscles we are working on and with what kind of action so I can better understand why we are doing the exercises. Visible progress all around!

I started training with Kioumars in May as my doctor said I needed more exercise to help ease my hip impingement. I started dozing one session a week with Kioumars and then do dance class and also had physio. His exercise regime has helped me enormously with the easing of the impingement and to the point that together with the physio I no longer have pain in my hip and I have a much greater range of movement than before I started with him. Kioumars works you hard but explains clearly what he wants you to do and what effect the exercise will have. All of our sessions are via Skype but that has not stopped us working hard and achieving my goals. I would highly recommend Kioumars who is hard working, very client focused and very much wants you to achieve your goals.

I was apprehensive about getting a personal trainer but Coach Q helped me get over those worries in the first session. He has really listened to my goals and made a training program to suit my needs. He inspires me to work hard and is an expert in motivation and positive affirmations. When I had an injury he was able to give rehabilitation exercises and amend the program so that I could still train. I never thought that I would day it but I am actually enjoying going to the gym! If you are looking for a trainer, choose Coach Q 💪

Working with Q has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness and recovery journey. I came to him needing a tailored plan to rebuild strength after a persistent calf tear from running and to improve general fitness. From day one, he listened carefully, assessed what needed attention, and created a programme that targeted exactly the right areas no generic workouts, just smart and intentional training. Within three months, I noticed a massive improvement in stability and strength. By month five, I was not only back to running, but also able to take on an intense high-altitude hike through the Himalayas - something I was worried about causing injury again but was not the case! Q brings deep knowledge, patience, and the kind of motivating energy that pushes you without overwhelming you. He’s got an instinct for when to challenge you and when to scale back and helps build a personal programme to keep to outside of sessions. Highly recommend him to anyone recovering from injury, building strength, or simply wanting a more intelligent, effective approach to training.

I have been training with Coach Q since February 2025 and I would highly recommend his training. Currently whilst I am London based I train with him twice weekly in addition to other gym visits. I had previously been a regular gym goer who was looking to take things to the next level. During my sessions I have received advice and support on: - stretching and mobility exercises to reduce my risk of injury and improve my mobility, which prior to the sessions I had been unfortunately neglecting. I had some issues with a few areas of tightness and discomfort which have improved significantly over the sessions - a wide range of exercises covering full body including core workouts, resulting in increased variety to my workouts in comparison to before the sessions - advice on nutrition and how to increase protein intake So far I am very satisfied with my training with noticeable results only in a few months. I would highly recommend his services.
