I’m a Personal Trainer and Online Coach based in Edinburgh, helping people get leaner, stronger and more confident! All while enjoying training and eating foods they enjoy :)
All face to face sessions are based out of Puregym Exchange Crescent, just off Lothian road so easy to get to! I train people between the hours of 7am-4pm from tues-friday.
I also offer online coaching for those who prefer working with me without having to travel or commit to a weekly slot! I have a team of coaches who can help design a workout programme, give nutritional guidance and help support you towards your goals!
