Awesome, the team really listened to what I wanted to achieve as well as helping me through a knee injury and all whilst being considerate to the fact I was in post partum recovery. I really valued training time and saw great results both in how I felt when exercising and my physical appearance. Reccomend highly.

I've been training now with True Personal Training for 4 years and it's the longest I've ever been with a personal trainer! Although I've focused on boxing, the sessions have helped to identify some specific muscle weaknesses that we address with additional exercises each week. The sessions are also tailored on how I'm feeling, and what I want to accomplish. Although we always have a good laugh, it's also very hard work! Highly recommend trying a session! Super friendly, but super knowledgeable and a great training experience.

True Personal Training are amazing! They take a proper 360 degree view of things so you get advice on what to eat and how much sleep to have as well as the exercises to do both in and outside the gym. Truly transformational and highly recommended!

I have been training with Richard for about 6 years. As i suffer from an autoimmune disease it was very important for me to find the right person. Richard has been very flexible around the times I could not train and he is very knowledgeable, not only about personal training, but also about nutrition and rehabilitation. Richard is super personable and training with him has been crucial for my physical and mental well being. After a thorough consultation , in the first couple of years of training, Richard worked with me mainly on strength training, then in the last 3 years I have taken up training boxing with Richard 1-2 a week. We sometimes mix and match so the sessions are never boring and he is very in tune in understanding how much i can take from session to session. I would recommend Richard to anyone who wants a serious, respectful, fun and competent personal trainer.
