Description
We are a small and friendly team who pride ourselves on the ongoing relationships we have built with our clients.
We communicate with our clients to tailor sessions to each person and take a holistic approach to devise a treatment plan or programme, based on the goals and desired outcomes of our clients themselves.
We offer -
- Massage therapy, including Swedish, deep tissue, Indian head, and seated acupressure. Prices vary, but are around £27 for 30 mins, £38 for 60 mins and £58 for 90 mins, for on-site. Home visits are usually £35 for 30 mins, £55 for 60 mins, £82 for 90 mins and £110 for 2hrs. We are always happy to provide a quote on request.
- Specialist neurological personal training (remedial, functional, low-impact exercise for stroke rehab, MS, Parkinson's, etc). We are also happy to train individuals with limited mobility, or older individuals who want to begin their training with low-impact exercise. (Prices range from £30 - £45 per session)
- APS Therapy (a drug-free alternative for pain).
