I have tried so many diets over the last 20 years and non have worked - u signed up with marchamPT last July very skeptical but from the start I was made to feel at ease and was well informed as to why non of the previous diets had worked, I was given a programme both fitness and nutritional and had constant support from Adam - 1 year on i am 5 stone down and the fittest i have ever been and finally buying clothes from the front of the rail!! 💯 recommend

I signed up with Adam as soon as I saw he was offering coaching. One of the nicest guys you could meet and a brilliant PT Coach, his expertise in diet, meals, exercise and gym sessions makes it really easy to not only follow but understand and improve on all fronts. I’m already benefiting from his guidance and motivation, and he has the art of motivating you without you feeling at all pressured which is very effective. Diet-wise I eat so much better and it’s become an easy habit to adopt as it is much more interesting than I thought in how the combination of various aspects can improve your wellbeing so quickly. The weight loss has been very noticeable but also mentally it’s making a huge difference. Can’t recommend MarchamPT highly enough, he’s brilliant and I’m really feeling the benefits daily.
