Kirk is a BTF level 3 HPCP coach, Ironman certified, Lev 2 Training Peaks accredited to coach triathlon: swim bike run and any combination thereof, coaching anyone from beginners and individuals wanting to get to training through to age group world champ podium finishers, promoting a lifestyle balanced approach to training with 1:1 bespoke coaching, where he will find your motivation, help block out the noise and guide you along that path to reach your goals.
COSTS:
£65 per month, BESPOKE coaching
That includes a weekly plan delivered via training peaks (free version), virtual catchups every 2 weeks and unlimited chats, messages during the week.
