I hired One Touch to renovate the majority of my flat: kitchen, living room, and corridor. The job requires flooring, painting, required plumbing works to test any leaks in the flat and deep cleaning. Alex, his wife and everyone involved were very professional/friendly and attentive to details, very prompt to reply to my questions/requests and delivered within the proposed timeline. We recently completed a large home renovation and garden transformation with Alex and his team from One Touch, and we are absolutely delighted with the results. Alex’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards were evident throughout the project. He created a new bedroom by adding a partition, fully renovated an old toilet, and opened up our kitchen and living room into a spacious open-plan area with steel beam support. He also custom-built a beautiful modern TV unit with LED lights and installed a stylish fireplace. Outside, Alex transformed our garden with outdoor tiles, a high-quality composite decking area, a timber pergola, and a well-designed store room for extra appliances.
