One star given as I couldn’t select ZERO! We contacted Rob after the work we’d had done by another company proved to be rather shoddy. Rob’s team came out and started re-pointing and were done a great job. However, when they’d “finished”, we noticed a few areas that weren’t up to scratch so Rob came out and had a look. He said he’d come back the following day and finish it off himself, so we paid him the outstanding balance, seeing no reason to doubt he’d be back. Surprise surprise … he has never been back despite numerous promises of “I’ll be round tomorrow”. He’s now ignoring our messages and emails, and we’ve got sand falling out due to poor workmanship, so will once again, have to pay someone to come and put right what Rob has failed to do! I would not recommend this company.

Both Robb and Will’s work was done to a high standard. In fact they went the extra mile when I requested an enquiry and completed the ‘extra’ work. In fact nothing seemed to phase them. Robb even sorted an outside light that was a problem until an electrician arrived. Robb also gave me paint for another problem I had. It’s not often these days tradespeople go out of their way to help, like both Robb and Will did. Many Thanks to you both.

Rapid job on my business roof and at first I thought top bloke and helpful with good advice. After the first good downpour the roof consistently leaked so I called Rob who promised he would return and fix the problem. Six weeks later and after continuously trying to call him he refuses to even answer my calls or return txts. So disappointing and annoying so don’t take people at face value as more often than not they will let you down. 😡

******Please be aware of this company, they have been paid to complete the work for my father in law who is a vulnerable man… they have not returned to complete the work and they are completely ignoring any calls or texts, I’m absolutely appalled that they can do this to a vulnerable man!
