MY £4000 PORCELAIN PATIO DESTROYED by Michael. I only wanted my driveway jet washed and sand putting in between block paving. Michael convinced me my porcelain patio (only put in a year before) needed a sealer on it and he could do it for an extra £250. He did this and immediately the tiles were discoloured and white residue was on the surface and rainwater sat on the top in pools not drying. It was very slippy. I called Michael and took pictures to send to him. He reassured me he would come to see it. He didn’t. I called him again and he said he’d consulted the person who he bought the sealer off and they said it was because the patio was already sealed (Michael had told me it wasn’t). Besides very poor knowledge and making the front of my house look hideous, Michael lacks honesty. This happened in the middle of July. Michael then said he was on a big job and would come and sort it once it was finished. It is 7 weeks later and me leaving him messages and calling to see if he was coming to put right the damage he had caused, Michael has now blocked my number. I have taken pictures but can’t upload them here. My wife and I tried to use a sealant remover and jetwash today to try to remove it from a part of the patio to see if we could fully restore it to how it was before - sadly it still looks awful. So not only did Michael convince me to hand over an extra £250 to do this job, he has ruined my patio and has walked away. He lacks complete integrity. If I could have put zero stars I would have. If he writes a message denying please this don’t believe him.

Promised a lot for a premium price but delivered so little. Still have the paint marks on my patio and drive. The dirts on my patio was swept to my turf.
