Time wasters .... do not use .. We requested a quote for our electric gates motors replacing. We had several telephone conversations and emails sending the information and pg photographs they requested. They gave a date to visit and NEVER TURNED up or contacted us . DO not waste your time with them they obviously do not want work .. Would give no stars if possible.

Spoke to Andrew about putting cctv around my property. Told him exactly what I needed. He wrote me out an invoice and I agreed the price. Few days later is team came and fitted cameras. Very hard working lads and cleaned up after they had finished. Would definitely recommend this company. Many Thanks Andrew and your team.

Zero stars but no option Don’t deal with this company They were booked to install CCTV at my home . I booked a day off for this which the owner knew . He rang me the morning he was supposed to arrive to tell me he would be 1 hour away but never showed up ! I chased him and he never replied untill the next day and his reply was ‘ sorry I was trying to fit you in but couldn’t ‘ Waste of time !!!!!

There is a review on here from Andrew Black, which is the person who owns 247!!! 247 secure took 8 months to complete a job that was supposed to take 4 weeks. utter shambles and i am still sorting out the all the problems, he failed to address the cameras as stipulated, they are in an utter mess, with their ordering, which i have had to put right. He never turns up when he says he will, totally unreliable, and using 100 mbps connections to run 16 of our cameras, caused them to cut out, i have had to lower their quality, which in not acceptable at all. i am now going to have to spend money on fixing this. There might be good reviews on here, i think perhaps 1 of them is real. But i plead with anyone thinking of using them to use anyone but. Don't buy ANPR either as it just doesn't work. We want nothing more to do with him, do not want to call him to fix anything either because i know it will take a further 8 months. Disgraceful, and has nothing whatsoever to do with Covid, as this was supposed to take 4 weeks from November 2019, and would have been completed long before had it taken the 4 weeks he quoted.

Had a 6 camera CCTV installed in February 2016 so had this a while to give a review. Lower star rating for humours reasons 1 on day of installing it he struggled to load apps on to iPhone and iPads it seemed like they had never done it before gave excuses that it was easy on an andriod system. We rand a few days later and emails to ask how to set up alarms to be pushed to our devices all we got back was its in the help file or not sure what your asking from for. Since then we have lost camera views on all devices can't reload any and whe I have rang been promised that they would ring back to help NOTHING dispite giving mobile and home numbers no call back. They are not answering any emails either and that is right up to writting this review. I would NOT recomend this company if my life depended on it. Stay well clear is my advice, as they have left us with a system that is about as much use as an ash tray on a motorbike. there saftey sales is diabolical. I am now looking at having to get another company to fitt a differ not recording unit to do the job I asked for in the first place.
