Senior Contracts Lawyer

Description

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to hire an interim senior contracts lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover a gap in their team.

The role can be offered on a fully remote basis aside from IT collection on the first day.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 2 years prior experience working within local government

- Be able to advise on a broad variety of procurement matters within the construction category

- Have prior experience drafting IT contracts and service level agreements

- Be familiar with the 2023 Procurement Act.
