Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be hiring a Part Time Legal Secretary at a well-established law firm in Birmingham. They are looking for a pro-active individual to join their fast-paced team.

Part Time Legal Secretary responsibilities:

Scanning, filing, audio typing, call handling, archiving and other admin tasks

Supporting fee earners with Anti-Money Laundering checks and file closures

Audio typing of legal documents as dictated

Creating and amending documents using firm templates The ideal candidate will have:

MUST HAVE previous experience within conveyancing

Audio typing skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

Strong communication skills
