We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Family Law Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal to join a well-established and expanding law firm in St Helens. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, empathy, and excellence in client care.

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Work Arrangement: Office-based with hybrid flexibility after probation

About the Opportunity

A respected and growing law firm in St Helens is looking for a dedicated Family Law Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal to join their supportive and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in family law to take ownership of a varied caseload and make a meaningful impact.

Your Role Will Include:

Managing cases involving divorce, separation, and financial settlements

Advising on child arrangements and parental disputes

Handling TOLATA matters

Drafting legal documents and correspondence

Representing clients in court when required

Delivering clear, empathetic, and high-quality legal advice

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Senior Paralegal

Strong background in family law

Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word)

Experience with case management systems (e.g., Proclaim) is a plus

A client-focused, proactive, and professional approach
