A Fantastic Opportunity with a Long-Established Law Firm. We’re working with a highly respected regional law firm with a 300-year legacy, known for their strong community ties and professional excellence. They’re now looking to expand their litigation team and welcome a talented Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join them.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of personal and commercial litigation matters (excluding property litigation), with excellent support, professional development, and hybrid working options.

The Role As part of the firm’s well-established Dispute Resolution team, you will:

* Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters

* Provide practical, high-quality legal advice to clients

* Draft legal documents, correspondence, and advice notes

* Engage in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution

* Collaborate with colleagues across departments

Our client is seeking someone who brings:

* At least 2 years’ PQE in dispute resolution

* Solid experience in general litigation matters

* A client-focused, commercially minded approach

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* A proactive, collaborative mindset
